Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Greenz Agro and Foods General Trading FZE LLC (“GreenzMart”, “we”, “us”), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, handles personal data when you use greenzmart.com or order from us. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be clear about what we do with it.

1. What we collect

• Order details — when you order through WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok or phone, we record your name, phone number, delivery address, the products ordered and payment status so we can deliver and support your order.
• Messages you send us — the contact form stores your name, email and/or phone, subject and message.
• Reviews — your name, optional city, optional email (never published), rating and review text.
• Security data — to prevent spam and abuse we store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address with form submissions and rate-limit counters. We never store your raw IP address.
• Anonymous usage statistics — only if you click “Allow”, we count page views and clicks (page path, referring website domain, country, device type, browser and operating system). Visitors are identified only by a hash that changes every day, so we cannot follow you across days or across websites. No cookies are used for this.

2. What we do not collect

We do not take card payments on the website, do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts, and do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

3. Cookies and local storage

Customers do not receive cookies from GreenzMart. Your cart, wishlist and privacy choice are saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device and are never sent to us except when you choose to send an order. Staff who sign in to our admin dashboard receive a strictly necessary, secure session cookie. See our Cookie Policy.

4. Why we use your data

• To confirm, deliver and support your orders, including returns and warranty claims (performance of a contract).
• To reply to your messages and publish reviews you submit (your request and consent).
• To keep the website secure and prevent fraud and spam (legitimate interests).
• To understand which products are popular, only with your consent.
• To meet accounting, tax and other legal obligations in the UAE.

5. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run GreenzMart — website hosting, database hosting, media storage (Cloudflare), and the delivery or courier company that delivers your order. When you choose to message us through WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram or TikTok, your conversation is also handled by that platform under its own privacy policy. We may disclose data where required by UAE law.

6. How long we keep it

• Order records: for as long as required by UAE commercial and tax law.
• Contact messages: up to 24 months, unless they relate to an order.
• Anonymous usage statistics: up to 13 months.
• Rate-limit counters: minutes to hours.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with providers that encrypt at rest. Admin access is restricted to authorised staff with strong passwords, optional two-factor authentication and a full audit trail.

8. Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, or withdraw consent at any time. 9. Children

GreenzMart is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
