Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery times

Same-day in Dubai · 1–3 days across the UAE. Times start once your order is confirmed in chat and may be longer during public holidays, sales events or bad weather. We’ll tell you if anything changes.

Delivery fees

• Free delivery on orders of AED 199 or more.
• Standard delivery fee: AED 15 (confirmed before dispatch; remote areas may differ).

Tracking

Every order gets an order number. Use it with your phone number on the Track Order page to follow your delivery. Once shipped, you’ll also see the courier and tracking number.

Receiving your order

Please check the package when it arrives. If it is damaged or something is missing, tell the courier and message us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be returned to us. We’ll contact you to rearrange delivery; an additional fee may apply.
