Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of greenzmart.com and to purchases from Greenz Agro and Foods General Trading FZE LLC (“GreenzMart”). By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders

The website is a catalogue. Sending an order message through WhatsApp or another chat channel is a request to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order, price and delivery details with you in chat. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error — and will refund any amount already paid.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown separately and confirmed before dispatch. Prices and availability may change without notice until your order is confirmed.

3. Payment

Cash on delivery is available. Other payment methods, if offered, are agreed in chat when your order is confirmed. We never ask for card details through the website or chat.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery times are given in good faith; see our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

See our Return & Refund Policy and Warranty page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

6. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately. Colours on screen may vary slightly, and packaging may differ from images. If anything is unclear, ask us before ordering.

7. Reviews and content you submit

Reviews must be honest and relate to your own experience. We may moderate or decline reviews that are abusive, unlawful, off-topic or contain personal data. By submitting a review you allow us to publish it on our website.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its security, or scrape or overload it.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
